Holland America Line has offered this exceptional experience on board the MS Oosterdam marking Komen’s 17th Survivor Celebration. Guests will be treated to an exquisite dining experience, vistas of the Puget Sound, an inspirational program and plenty of entertainment.

Security Measures
- All guests must provide their legal name as it reads on their photo identification, date of birth and citizenship. A boarding list with this information will be provided to Port and Cruise Line security. Your photo I.D. must be presented at check-in. No one will be allowed to board without showing I.D.
- No changes to the boarding list can be made after September 3, 2010.
- No substitutions or name changes will be allowed at the pier.
Boarding Information
- The Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 is located directly north of downtown Seattle, near the Magnolia neighborhood. Detailed instructions will be sent to confirmed guests in early September.
- Please park in the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal lot as directed by signage. The cost to park is $10. A free shuttle runs between the parking lot and Pier 91.
- Event check-in will take place in the lower level area of the Pier 91 Cruise Facility. Photo I.D. must be presented at registration to board ship.
- Please arrive on time. No boarding will be available after 10:50am.
- The terminal, gangway and cruise ship are all handicapped accessible. When you register, please let us know if a wheelchair is required.
Reservation Booking
- Your RSVP must be received by September 3, 2010. Reservations are first come, first serve for breast cancer survivors. Click here to register.
- There is a $25 suggested minimum donation to attend this event. If you are unable to donate and would like to attend, please contact Development Coordinator, Taylor Storslee at taylor@pskomen.org or 206.633.0303 ext 107 to make your reservation.
- No reservations or changes can be made after September 3, 2010 due to the ship security requirements.
