You don’t need to be a fundraising expert to be successful at it – you just need the desire to stand up to breast cancer and make a difference.  Thanks to people like you, in 2008-2009 the Komen Puget Sound Affiliate was able to fund $2.35 million for education, screening and treatment services in Western Washington.  This year we’re aiming even higher!  If every Race participant raised the cost of one mammogram for an uninsured woman, the Komen Puget Sound Affiliate would raise an additional $1.55 million.  A life saving mammogram in Western Washington costs $150 – How many mammograms can you fund?
