Susan G. Komen® created the I AM THE CURE® program to help inspire Race for the Cure participants to take an active role in their own breast health.

On Race Day
All throughout the Race, you’ll hear our “Cure Leaders”  cheering on Race participants and reminding everyone that we all have the power to be part of the cure!

The four proactive breast health messages we want Race participants to remember are:

- Know your breast cancer risk
- Get screened
- Know what is normal for you
- Make healthy lifestyle choices
